Thrive: Licensed Practitioner Training (Delegate cost: £1595 for primary and £1,795 for secondary)

Thrive: Senior Leader Training (£611 for primary and £669 for secondary)

Thrive: Family Thrive (usually primary schools, £618 for training, then £139 for subsequent 1-year license)

* 9. Your Key Performance Indicators: H&R Locality Board's funding is public money and therefore they need to show whether this was a good use of public funds. Which KPIs you would be able to evidence, please select a minimum of 2. Use the Comments box to include any amendments you would like to make to your KPIs.

Staff Training: 80% of staff trained by EC felt that they would improve their practice as a result of the Relational Approach training.

Positive Relationships: After 24 months of starting the staff training parents/carers of children previously struggling with behaviour felt that relationships between them and their child or young person had improved as well as their relationship with school staff.

Behaviour Incidents: After at least 24 months of starting the whole school approach, there will be a reduction in behaviour incidents.

Reduction in Suspensions: 24months after starting the training school, recorded a reduction in suspensions.

Attendance: 24months after starting the training, school recorded an increase in attendance.

We have already introduced a relational approach however we would like funding to further embed this approach.

We are new to relational approaches and have investigated which approach would be best for us and would like to use your funding to introduce a whole school relational approach.

* 18. A condition of this funding is that your school will gain accreditation in the chosen relational approach. There will be no additional costs for this accreditation however there will be some time commitment. The accreditation is usually beneifcial for the school as it will normally identify strengths and areas that the school may wish to work on.
