By virtue of the Article 20 of the CAM NC, ENTSOG has to fulfil new obligations in terms of possible alignment of some terms and conditions of transport contracts. The provision is requiring ENTSOG to create a Template of the main terms and conditions (GT&C) of the Transmission System Operators for bundled capacity products.
ENTSOG is now consulting stakeholders on the Template for GT&Cs for bundled capacity products.
In this consultation you can provide your view on each clause of the Template and add additional comments.
You can provide your feedback to all or only some of the clauses.
