Your Guide to Our Gatherings
Our Convention traditionally welcomes 70 to 100 attendees, with a 50/50 mix of association professionals and industry partners.
Beyond the Convention, WSAE offers key programs year-round: the Art of Association Management Workshop (25 participants focused on management skills), the Next Level Leadership Summit (15 executives exploring growth strategies), and Shop Talks (virtual sessions with 20 attendees discussing real-time challenges).
We appreciate your interest in presenting and look forward to reviewing your proposal. Thank you for helping us create meaningful learning experiences.
Presentation Budgetary Considerations
WSAE events operate on a limited budget. Therefore, the majority of thought leaders who present at WSAE events are pro bono presenters. Presenting pro bono to WSAE offers an exceptional opportunity for professional speakers to showcase their expertise directly to a network of association professionals who regularly plan events and educational programs. This exposure can lead to valuable connections and potential bookings as these decision-makers see firsthand how your insights can benefit their members.
WSAE members are also encouraged to present and share their expertise. Unless there is a hardship, members are expected to register for the event.
