The Fundraising Regulator has opened their final consultation into the Code of Fundraising Practice. This is the last opportunity for fundraisers to share their thoughts on how to improve the new Code, ahead of it being finalised next year.

For this consultation, the Regulator has published a fully revised Code and is asking for feedback on the new standards. Alongside this, they are asking for views on three new Code Compliance Guides (CCGs) to help charities with documenting decision making, due-diligence and monitoring third-party fundraisers. You can find the proposed Code and the guidance here.

It is essential that all charities and their partners have their say on the new Code and guidance to ensure fundraising regulation aligns with current best practice. You can use this form to share your thoughts on the newly proposed standards.

You can also arrange a 1-2-1 conversation with our policy team by emailing charlottes@ciof.org.uk.
