INCLUSION AWARE - Relationships and Interactions |
1. Thank-you for your interest in applying to be recognised as Inclusion Aware.
Being Inclusion Aware is a component of inclusive practice. This refers to the consistent and considered thought about environments, resources and planning to support the welcoming of children (and families) with a diverse range of abilities, interests and backgrounds.
To be considered Inclusion Aware, a service must have a Strategic Inclusion Plan. A Strategic Inclusion Plan is a tool to identify and address inclusion barriers within one or more care environment.
