However, all class members have been responsible for the costs for individual travel, lodging, and meals for all four spring class sessions as well as the Oklahoma Arts Conference. Similar leadership development models require participants to pay an application or tuition fee. The current program structure requires full attendance at four different class sessions from February through May. The class sessions take place over two consecutive days (Wednesday and Thursday during the 3rd or 4th week of the month). Class members are also required to attend the Oklahoma Arts Conference during the month of October where they graduate during one of the general sessions. Please share your feedback on this structure: I liked this structure, and it worked well for me. I recommend fewer required class meetings. I recommend shorter class meetings. I recommend more class meetings. I recommend allowing more time for each class meeting. I recommend having the classes taking place throughout the calendar year, not just in the Spring. I recommend that the class sessions take place on Mondays and Tuesdays. I recommend that the class sessions take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
