2025 VATFACS Outstanding Business and Industry Award

Award Application - Nominations due April 15TH

Purpose:

To recognize business and industry partners that support Family and Consumer Sciences programs at one or more schools. These could include but are not limited to partnerships, mentorships, and/or donations. Businesses involved in local Family and Consumer Sciences Advisory Councils and businesses hiring Family and Consumer Sciences students should be considered.

Eligibility Requirements

*Supportive Business/Industry partnerships that have made contributions of significance to CTE (FCS) classes.

*Business/Industry educational partnerships that improve and impact the FACS student organizations - Educators Rising or FCCLA.

Business/industry awardees do not need to be VATFACS members.

VATFACS will honor nominees at the annual VATFACS Professional Development Institute in July.

Nominations are due by April 15th.
