Working from home questionnaire

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of enabling services staff have been working from home to fulfil their duties as per the national directive of ‘if you can work from home you should’.

As part of the Trust’s recovery plan, we are seeking feedback from staff about the impact of their current working arrangements and how we might think about work differently in the future.

This questionnaire is the start of this process and is for staff who have been working from home most of the time during the current pandemic. We also hope to hold a Listening into Action event to further develop our approach to home working and flexible working.

Results of this survey will also be used anonymously as part of academic research by a member of LPT staff.

Please remember: the Trust position remains to work from home if you can and not to return to working on site unless invited by your manager.
