The purpose of this survey is to help ACISTE and local volunteers plan the best possible first retreat for those who have had spiritually transformative experiences and their loved ones.  STEs include all forms of spiritually transformative experiences including near-death experiences,  spiritual emergencies,  kundalini and spontaneous spiritual awakenings, etc. We want this event to be a warm, loving, safe, accepting, peaceful, beautiful environment where STErs receive mutual support from peers related to integrating these experiences and discussions about them without judgment and proselytizing.  Each experience is unique.  Each individual is unique.  Each processes the experience in different ways.  Yet, we have many things in common.
