1.Introduction
I propose regularly scheduled, hour-long virtual (Zoom or Teams) meetings where you, the growers, bring your questions, share ideas and discuss any challenges you’ve faced during the growing season/your grape growing career. These sessions will provide opportunities for open industry conversations, allowing us to learn from each other, address knowledge gaps and unite the industry.
To make our grower meetings more structured and productive, I’d like to establish a specific discussion theme for each session. The goal is to highlight important production issues growers face, raise concerns, attempt to find solutions and encourage open communication and knowledge sharing among growers.
