* 1. We are soliciting opinions from tribal members and affected parties concerning the utilization of approximately $39 million of Recovery Funds received by the Tribe. Funds must be spent over the next two years and, as with previous funding, expenditures must respond to the COVID–19 public health emergency and its economic impacts.
