We are considering implementing a stricter, school-wide cell phone policy for the 2019-20 school year and would like parent input. Please select the answer below that most accurately reflects your attitude regarding such a policy. Include additional comments in the comment box, if you feel impressed to do so. I'm completely for it. I think school is a place to learn, not a place for texting and posting on social media. I think a consistent, school-wide policy is what the school needs. I would support it. I don't know if cell phones are an issue or not, but I think the school should do whatever they think is necessary to maintain an appropriate learning environment. I don't have a strong opinion about cell phone use at school. I like the current practice. If teachers are concerned about cell phone use in their classroom, they can make their own rules. There doesn't need to be a school-wide policy. I'm against it. I think high school students are responsible enough to monitor their own cell phone use in the classroom. I pay for my student's cell phone, and they should have the right to use it at school as they see fit. Comments: Question Title * 33. Additional Comments Done
