After 15 years in nursing, Vanessa has fostered a passion for serving both patients and fellow nurses. She began her career as an LPN and has worked in hospitals, long term care facilities, and community care centers from New York to here in Orlando. She found herself becoming an advocate for patients and families, especially in her long term trach unit where many did not have a voice.
