the purpose of our survey is to assess the extent of clinical pharmacists' and pharmacologists' involvement in HSCT in Europe on the basis of the 2020 published ”Consensus recommendations for the role and competencies of the EBMT clinical pharmacist and clinical pharmacologist involved in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation“ (Bone Marrow Transplant, 2020 Jan;55(1):62-69).
Please fill one survey per transplant centre (not per single clinical pharmacist/pharmacologist)!
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. The procedure of filling this online survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Your responses will be confidential and the analysis of all data as well as the publication is carried out completely anonymously exclusively by the EBMT Pharmacist Committee.
