We’re thrilled to announce the second year of the California Agent Advisory Council, made possible with the invaluable support of our legacy partners, United Airlines and Infinity Holidays.
Are you a dedicated California Ambassador, consistently showcasing the Golden State to your clients and crushing it on social media? If so, we want you to be part of this influential group!
As a key player in Visit California’s training and product development strategies, the California Agent Advisory Council is dedicated to amplifying our destination message. This year, we’re seeking eight (8) vibrant and experienced travel professionals from Australia and New Zealand who are passionate about showcasing California.
Your role will be crucial in helping us stand out in the travel industry and ensure our message reaches and resonates with the right audiences.
What’s Involved:
- Kick Off with Exclusive Meetings: Attend our initial council meeting to connect with fellow members, meet our airline partner United Airlines, and wholesale partner Infinity Holidays. You will also take part in a masterclass on content creation with Karryon.
- Engage with the Industry: Selected council members will join us for the Brand USA & Visit USA Expos in New Zealand and Australia, offering a great opportunity to network with the wider California tourism community.
- Experience California Firsthand: Embark on a fully-paid FAM trip to California from 21-28 March 2025. This immersive experience will give you new insights and strategies to share the magic of California with your clients.
- Share Your Insights: Share your FAM trip experiences through webinars, internal communications, and your social media platforms.
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek influential agents with a proven track record in California sales, a strong presence within their agency networks, and notable social media influence. You must also hold a Gold-ranking certified California Star Agent status. Ensure your certification is current by visiting California Star: star.visitcalifornia.com
