Our Board of Directors strives to sustain cognitive and experiential diversity, complementary competencies, and balanced informed decisions. Contributing to these efforts is a Directors' participation in completing a self assessment to determine how your background, expertise and experiences complement the other members of the Board of Directors.

We are asking all potential applicants to the board of directors to complete the skills matrix to provide the Governance & Nomination Committee with appropriate foundational knowledge to begin discussions with candidates on their fit, expertise, and experience and how that would be an asset to the board of directors.

Please note survey submissions will remain confidential with only information being shared for the specific purpose of board recruitment.
