To nominate players for the Devon County FA Women's Representative Squad please complete the details below.
Female players must be aged 16 or over.
Players must be no higher than Devon County League (Devon Women’s League) standard to qualify to play for the Women’s Representative team.
Please note, you must complete all details for each player you nominate.
Players must be available for Saturday 1st June, as the Women's side have a tournament at Gloucestershire FA.
