At Crossroads YMCA, we are focused on our mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
 
This requires us to focus on all the diverse constituencies that we serve, provide equitable access to our services across all communities in our footprint, and treat all stakeholders in an inclusive manner so that they feel like they belong in the Crossroads Y family.
 
This presents a need to be reflective regarding engagement within our staff, as a first step.
 
To accomplish this goal, we would like to assess how the employees view this topic through the attached survey. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Your responses will be completely anonymous to Crossroads Y, and will be held in confidence by CTR Factor, the external partner conducting the survey. Only aggregate results and broad themes will be shared with the Board and key members of the leadership team.
