He has more than 20 years of significant experience in the field of sales, marketing and IT consulting - and been recognized for his achievements and leadership qualities in his field. ShiShir’s expertise in sales, marketing, and management as well as his focused approach in IT consulting has lead IBS to grow from US $ 2 million (in 2006) to US $ 22 million (in 2016). Both in 2015 and 2016 his exceptional leadership skills and personal commitment to serve his clients provided a platform for IBS to be recognized as “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies” both in 2015 and 2016 by Central Pennsylvania Business Journal. Adam KehlerAdam has over 20 years’ experience in technology including 7 years performing consulting services in Health Information Privacy and Security. Adam is experienced in conducting Health Information Security Risk Assessment and compliance gap analysis. This builds on his experience as a Software Developer, Systems Administrator, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. Adam has held a CISSP certification since 2010 and has focused primarily on Health Information Privacy and Security Consulting since that time performing Security Risk Assessment and Compliance services for Healthcare organizations focused on meeting HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements. Adam has a proven ability to address the most technical aspects of information security while maintaining an ability to translate complex issues to nontechnical audiences. Dr. Glen Mitchell Dr. Mitchell is Professor and Program Lead for Healthcare Informatics at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. He has over 35 years of experience in military medicine, emergency medicine, preventive medicine, medical informatics and executive medicine. He recently retired from being Senior Consultant at Numerof & Associates, Inc. in St Louis, MO following five years as Chief Medical Officer and Acting Chief Medical Information Officer for the 32-hospital, 6,000 physician Sisters of Mercy Health System. Dr. Mitchell has been involved locally, nationally and internationally in the development of emergency and preventive medicine, clinical and administrative practice, and provider and staff clinical and education and leadership development.
