The audio-visual equipment provided in the educational session rooms on-site includes:
- One standing, lighted podium with microphone.
 -Wireless microphones available for each speaker
- One LCD projector.
- A minimum of one screen. (Subject to room size and set-up.)
- One laptop computer with presentation preloaded. (Please note: Special arrangements for internet access or audio hookups may be added at the speaker’s expense and coordinated through TXCPA Houston's Audio-Visual company.)
- Clicker

I understand that if selected, the above equipment will be available in the assigned session room. All speaker requests for additional equipment will be considered, but may not be approved.
