Boston Logan International Airport
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Public Survey

Boston Logan International Airport (“Logan Airport”) is performing this public survey as part of Logan Airport’s continuing efforts to provide airport facilities and services that are accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).

We are interested in hearing about the experiences of those with disabilities who have utilized Logan Airport’s facilities, programs, and services.

Please note an individual is considered to have a disability under the ADA if they have one or more physical or mental impairments that substantially limit(s) one or more major life activities. This should be considered in your responses to the questions in this survey. All responses to this survey are confidential and completely separate from any kind of personally identifiable information.

If you need assistance in completing this brief survey, or would prefer to complete a paper copy, please contact the ADA Coordinator at 617-568-3190 or dei@massport.com.
