Thank you so much for being interested in volunteering for the parade!

The Maple Hill Holiday Parade is one of the biggest volunteer events. Think about it, the parade entries are made up of organizations and employees who donate their time to be in the parade. And then there is you - a volunteer to help coordinate the parade.

Our parade volunteers help create magic - you can see it on the faces of the nearly 20,000 spectators. Volunteers might actually be the stars. With a variety of different jobs, skill sets, and adventure, each of volunteers play an important role in creating that magic.

Please use this form to sign up for a variety of jobs. You will see below the various job descriptions. If you want to sign up to volunteer as a group of more than two people, we encourage you to look at volunteering to carry a helium or cold air balloon. Complete job descriptions are provided with the confirmation email, and on November 23 on-the-job training is provided. Just remember, the parade goes rain or shine, and all jobs are outdoors (so dress appropriately).
