Dear Teacher,
This brief survey was developed to solicit important feedback about school leadership. Specifically, I am interested in understanding teachers’ perspectives about the most critical skills and qualities for school leaders to possess, in terms of how they impact teacher motivation.
The survey begins with a few basic questions about you to better understand your background and experiences as a teacher. The balance is focused on the question of what leadership qualities most motivate teachers.
