What has COVID taught your organisation?

The outbreak of COVID-19 has resulted in many people experiencing heightened levels of stress and anxiety across society.  What has your organisation done to support the mental health of employees and the broader community during this time?

We would like to know about employee mental health and well-being during COVID-19, and how organisations have responded so that we can identify any practices we can all learn from.
