SURVEY INTRODUCTION

This 3-minute survey is part of a dissemination toolkit which follows the first release of the AUTOMOTIVE SKILLS AGENDA STRATEGY & ROADMAP, one of the outputs of the Development and Research on Innovative Vocational Educational Skills project (DRIVES), the Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills in the Automotive sector.

The aim of this survey is to collect your feedback with reference to the Strategy and Roadmap’s KEY ACTIONS, which will allow us to further understand and develop the actions to be taken and ultimately adapt and update the Strategy and Roadmap in line with the goals of the project.

The 8 KEY ACTIONS (KAs) are:
  • KA 1: Establish EU Reference Recognition of Skills and Job Roles
  • KA 2: Establish Harmonized Approach to Education and Training Offer
  • KA 3: Understand and make available innovative methods of delivery of training and education
  • KA 4: Modular Approach to the Training Provision
  • KA 5: Focus on All Levels of Education and Training
  • KA 6: Improve Recruitment and Attractiveness of the Automotive Sector
  • KA 7: Actively Involve Key Players and Sectoral Intelligence Update
  • KA 8: Ensure Sustainable Approach
