Do you have any old or out-of-style gold, silver or platinum jewelry that doesn't have sentimental value to you? Wouldn’t it be great if you could trade in the jewelry you don’t want so you can enjoy more of the jewelry and gems you love from Jewelry Television?

Introducing the Jewelry Exchange from JTV. The Jewelry Exchange service is fast, easy and will give you credit toward the purchase of more beautiful jewelry and gems from JTV. Our exchange program is guaranteed to give you the best value for your jewelry.

Three simple steps:

1. Call 1-800 JTV Gold. We will send you a postage paid envelope.
2. You send in your unwanted jewelry, and we will send you an offer for credit towards JTV merchandise within 5 days of receiving your packet.
3. If you accept the offer, we set up your credit in our systems and you can begin shopping immediately! If you decline our offer, we will send your jewelry back to you right away.
