The Wollongong Sign Survey

In the 1970’s Hugh Hefner came to the rescue of the Hollywood sign. Hugh organised a fund raising event where nine people donated $27,778 each to restore the sign. The total cost to restore the Hollywood sign in the 1970’s was $250,002

The Wollongong Sign requires 10 donations of $30,000 each totalling $300,000 (minimum)

People from different organisations can group together and raise the funds for a particular letter.
