The Beaufort County Planning and Zoning Department is in the process of creating a Conceptual Master Plan for two new passive park properties: Pineview Tract (110 acres) located on Lady’s Island, Beaufort, South Carolina and Bailey Tract (54 acres) located in Bluffton, South Carolina.

To begin the planning process, the public is asked to provide input on their preferred passive recreational activities on the tracts. This survey will close two weeks from posted.
