Job Seeker Survey

Curious about a career in the energy sector? We want to hear from you!

Canada’s energy industry is experiencing a skills shortage. A recent increase in investment, the attractiveness of Canada's responsibly developed energy and industry's focus on innovation for decarbonizing is increasing demand for skilled workers.

There are many good-paying jobs with career-building potential available in the Canada’s energy sector. However, employers are challenged to connect with diverse talent pools - in part because they simply do not know where skilled workers are located.

This survey is designed to increase and improve connections between job seekers and energy employers offering good paying, career-building jobs by gathering information about the skills, experience and locations of ready and available workers.

Survey data will be aggregated and used to inform the planning of job fairs. Information will also be shared with energy employers to help inform their recruitment and talent management programs. Your responses are confidential. No individuals will be identified in the survey results.

To be notified about upcoming job fairs and other events in your region, please leave your email address at the end of the survey.

Thanks!
