The information you share on this form will be anonymous, meaning your name will not be shared in connection with this information unless you direct KASAP otherwise. Feedback submissions are monitored by Missie Quillen, Executive Director, and Eve Rabinoff, Training Coordinator.
Providing feedback will help KASAP to identify areas of improvement, which KASAP can address through targeted education, convening coalition-wide conversations, and taking other coalition-level action to address general issues. KASAP is unable to offer resolution to specific complaints communicated in this forum. KASAP will not follow up with you about the information you share, except in rare circumstances. If you would like KASAP to take action to resolve a specific issue, you can file a formal grievance. If you have further questions about the grievance process, please contact any KASAP staff member.
