Please be advised that function space is LIMITED and events are assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

Space is assigned by submission of this Function Space Form based on availability. Affiliated Group Meetings will be scheduled to take place on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Affiliated Group Meetings may not be scheduled to compete with official Pediatric Hospital Medicine 2023 Conference activities and will only be scheduled on the date and time noted. All Affiliated Group Meetings will take place at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown and the Affiliated Group will be responsible for any hotel charges including catering, audiovisual equipment, etc. Please note that, per hotel policy, no outside food and beverage is allowed in any meeting room.
