Application Form for Community Organization Representative, WPATH Board of Directors

Thank you for your interest in serving as a Community Organization Member on the Board of Directors for the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). This position is designated for a representative from a community organization to contribute to our mission to promote evidence-based care, education, research, public policy, and respect in transgender health.

The term for this position is four years, beginning March 1, 2025.
