Johnson County Early Care and Education Provider Survey for GIFT VIII

We need your feedback!

We are reaching out to you as an early care and education provider in Johnson County to gather input on the needs of our childcare providers and how you can best be supported. Please complete this survey to share your feedback! 

Johnson County Community Foundation collaborated with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to help identify the needs of early childhood care and education in Johnson County. This collaboration aims to create a proposal to apply for the GIFT VIII grant funds from the Lilly Endowment. Visit the website to read more about GIFT VIII. The feedback you provide on this survey will be used beyond the grant funding to continue supporting early care and education providers in our community. 

Your responses will remain confidential, and the data from this survey will only be shared at a summarized level. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please complete by Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
