E. Staff-volunteers are required to sign (1) a liability release (2) a confidentiality agreement (3) a staff ethics agreement (4) a sexual integrity commitment . See http://www.brothersroad.org/pdf/agreements.pdf.

E. Staff-volunteers are expected to help promote the Journey Into Manhood program and encourage participation by those who may be ready and likely to benefit.

G. If a volunteer is invited to serve and agrees to serve on staff but then finds he is unable to for any reason, he must contact the weekend leader or co-leader personally to discuss his situation and potential replacement.
