As out-of-school time (OST) gains traction as a field, more attention is being paid to youth work professionals. The OSTRC will share current resources used to frame youth work, such as local, regional, and national OST Staff Competencies, and discuss career pathways, goals, and opportunities.

Target audience: Administrative and direct-service staff.

Important: Pa Keys credit is available to all participants, but OSTRC Academy sessions DO NOT carry official college credit.
