AIAC Pacific and the Province of British Columbia are working together on a Labour Market Partnerships project, the first phase of which is to collect information about your current workforce, and identify occupations and skills that the industry is having issues hiring - and why. We'll dig deeper in subsequent phases of the project, and work with you on finding - and implementing - solutions.
