PLP Group 2 (F19): Learner Pre-Programme

More than ever before, the role of Leading is truly a vital and dynamic one within the Pupkewitz group.

If the modern Leader is being paid for his or her ability to make things happen, to innovate and break down traditional obstacles and outdated behaviours, then he/she must be equipped with Modern Leadership Skills required for the job.

PLP is designed to enable you to learn and practise new skills - and acquire new knowledge. This Programme will encourage you to look at your leadership role from a different perspective - while at the same time providing you with a programme which is intense, relevant, stimulating and fun.

 

• Phase 1: 19 - 20 - 21 February 2019
• Phase 2: 09 - 10 - 11 April 2019

PLP will be presented over 2 Phases, each Phase comprising of 3 working days.

Venue:

 

• Vineyard Country Bed & Breakfast

On-site engagement session (Learners and Managers participation is required):

• An on-site engagement session will be scheduled between Phase 1 and Phase 2 (date TBC)

Time Schedule:

 

• The Programme starts promptly at 07h30 each day, and finishes at 17h00

• There will be an interval of 5 - 6 weeks between the 2 Phases

• Learners commencing Phase 1 are expected to participate on Phase 2

• Once the Programme has commenced, your absence/delay will affect your Team and the Group
