Watershed Opportunities Inclusion Form

Watershed's first value is Inclusive - to achieve this in everything we do, we are striving to understand more about who applies to work with us - as such we'll use the data from this form to help inform our inclusion strategies.

All information entered into this form is:

Anonymous
Will not be shared with the shortlisting panel
Will only ever be reported in aggregate (summary) form
The form should take around 5 minutes to complete

Our aim is to publish the data from these forms (in anonymous / aggregate form) publicly on our Inclusion section on our website in the coming year.
