The initiative to create the East Colfax Cultural District was launched in 2022, and through community engagement over the last year and half the District now has a name, mission and vision statement, logo and branding materials - and excitement about the District is building!  

Creating a Cultural District is a work in progress - and a Steering Committee is needed to make decisions about what kinds of small business promotion, cultural events, and community spaces should be created to make the District a thriving and inclusive space that meets the needs and aspirations of the East Colfax community. The Fax Partnership is convening the Steering Committee to build an active group of community residents and business owners that can work together to guide the process forward.

Please fill out the brief application below to tell us about yourself and your interest in serving on the Steering Committee.  Preference for steering committee members will be given to those who live or work within the East Colfax Cultural District boundaries (from Monaco St. Parkway to Yosemite Street) and adjacent neighborhoods, and who are the most directly impacted stakeholders.  Please apply by September 29th.
