If you are opting out, why will you opt out? You can choose more than one answer
Too time consuming for what it brings in effectiveness
Not paid to manage the process and I have too much to do already
Loading health summaries is annoying and doesn't seem effective
I don't think the MHR has been managed properly
Im worried about my privacy and that of the patient
I don't think patients should be able to edit their results
I don't want my data in my patients hands
I don't know enough about it
Im worried about secondary use of all this data
There are better ways to do this

If you support the MHR and have opted in why? - you can pick more than one answer
It will improve how I manage my patients by providing important data that I normally can't get
A centralised shared patient record for all australians makes a lot of sense for a better, safer health system
It will improve my day to day management of patients
I believe that I will have improved access to patient discharge summaries, up to date medication lists, shared health summaries and pathology and imaging reporting, all of which will make my life and that of the patient easier
It will save the whole healthcare system time and money
