Celebrating Pilbara Champions of Change
The theme this year is "Celebrating Pilbara Champions of Change, acknowledging and celebrating Pilbara organisations and individuals who are champions of positive change in our communities - demonstrating innovation, collaboration, inclusivity, resilience and strong leadership.
Make sure you read the Nomination Pack and refer to the selection criteria for your chosen category when preparing your response. It is important to answer each of the four selection criteria for the award category as each criteria will be judged and scored separately.
Eligibility criteria:
- Be Pilbara based and working or volunteering in the Community Services Sector.
- Have been in operation for at least 12 months prior to your nomination.
- Meet the eligibility criteria for your nominated category.
- Your nomination must be relevant to the last twelve (12) months ONLY.
You need to complete a new survey for each category you are nominating for.
