MAGLOCLEN is in the process of updating the regional outlook concerning the variations in drug prices. We are requesting your help in completing the attached brief survey in efforts to develop this assessment. The significance of the analysis and its usefulness to each agency increases with the number of responses received.

For bulk quantities (ounce, pound, kilogram, 100, and 1,000 dosage units) please provide the price you would expect to pay for the whole unit in a single purchase. Do not provide the price of the potential street value after dilution and repackaging of bulk quantities. If Canada: Please make note if U.S. or CN dollars.

For those agencies who do not keep drug price information or who are not charged with drug enforcement duties, we still need you to complete the Agency Name section of this survey on the following page.

MAGLOCLEN member agencies will receive a link to the digital version of the 2023 Regional Drug Price Report upon its completion in Fall 2023.
