INTRODUCTION
The Board of Trustees of the William S. Hart Union High School District (WSHUHSD) is asking for your help in selecting the next superintendent of schools. To ensure this is a collaborative and inclusive process, WSHUHSD is providing this online survey and encourages you to participate. We have requested that Leadership Associates consultants, who are assisting the Board with the search, conduct the online survey to solicit input from students, staff, parents, and the community.
The following survey asks you to respond to several critical questions. The information generated from this anonymous survey will be used to develop a profile, indicating the qualities and characteristics desired in the next superintendent. Your answers will also assist in the selection and referral process, as well as the development of interview questions. The survey also seeks your perspectives on the strengths and challenges of WSHUHSD and our community. The consultants will compile a report summarizing the results of the questionnaire and share them with the Board of Trustees.
