Sephora research expression of interest form (Canada) |
Introduction
We are working with Sephora, to connect with people who identify as neurodiverse or people with sensory disabilities, whose shopping experiences can be positively or negatively impacted by the store environment. This is a paid research opportunity.
The research project will involve three parts:
The research project will involve three parts:
- Pre-visit task – This will involve making a short (3-5 minute) video using your mobile phone, which can be uploaded onto our user-friendly platform. You can do this at home but it should be completed before your in-store visit. (Alternatively you can submit a written statement that answers all of the questions, if that is preferred). This task should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
- In-store visit - This will involve going to an agreed Sephora store within commuting distance of your home. We expect that you will be in the store for no longer than 30 minutes. You will be asked to complete tasks in the store, which will including taking photos. You will be provided with a memory prompt sheet to record you experience which you can refer to in the follow up interview. Please note: These visits may cause sensory overwhelm, we provide support before during and after the visit and participation is voluntary.
- Follow up interview (30 mins) with a researcher from Open Inclusion over Zoom. This interview will be video and audio recorded.
In order to take part you must be willing to complete all three parts of the research project, in order to receive your incentive.
Please answer the following questions to allow us to assess if this research is right for you. If selected, we will contact you with further details next week.
Your responses to the questions will not be shared with anyone outside of Open Inclusion or the client team.
