T&Cs: The competition opens at 00:01am on 19 July and closes at 11:59pm on 26 August. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. It is open to all UK residents aged 16 and under, except employees of Future Plc and its group of companies (Future). The judging panel will be made up of members of the The Week Junior Science+Nature editorial team and at least one independent judge. The use of automated devices/methods of submission are not valid forms of entry.

First prize is an EOS R100 Canon camera, an RF-S 18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM lens (worth £669.99) and a Canon SELPHY CP1500 compact wireless printer (worth £154.99). Second prize is a Canon Zoemini S2 instant camera and printer (worth £159.99). All entries featured in issue 79 of The Week Junior Science+Nature will also receive a nature book bundle (worth £65) and complimentary tickets to The Photography & Video Show 2025 (worth £48), taking place at ExCel, London (8–11 March 2025).

The winner and runner up will be selected from all valid entries received based on the judging criteria and shall be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date and will be required to supply details of a UK delivery address. If a winner has not responded after 28 days, an alternative winner will be drawn. Future will deliver the prize. Future reserves the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
