Symposium Theme: Food Futures - Exploring Past & Future Trends

You are invited to submit a paper to present at the Chicago Section IFT annual Symposium the morning of our annual Expo on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
We are specifically looking for:
  • Opening keynote / panel - 1 hour
  • Break-out sessions - 45 minutes
  • Closing keynote / panel - 1 hour
