Housing Needs Survey

The State of Maine has set housing production goals for Aroostook County at 2,010 new units by 2030. This goal includes the creation of 250 new units in 2027 and 370 units annually after that. Municipalities will play a vital role in achieving these goals. NMDC will be working with Maine State Housing, Department of Economic and Community Development, and Office of Policy Innovation and the Future to assist municipalities with housing needs.
