About this Survey

This survey has 40 short, mandatory, multiple-choice questions and will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete. 

On page 1, we ask for contact and demographic information so that we can analyze the results by various business characteristics and so we can share the final report with you. 

On pages 2 to 5, we ask multiple-choice questions about 4 areas of collaboration: setting strategies, defining goals, account / project management and reporting practices.

Results from these sections will be anonymized and shared in aggregate; your individual answers will not be shared. 

Page 6 contains optional open-ended questions you can complete if you’d like to be quoted in the final report.

After completion, you will be directed to a preliminary anonymized analysis of a selection of the multiple choice questions.
