Join Team Myles 2025!

The Team Myles 5KM/10KM training program is a 10-week journey designed to help you conquer the Purple Cow 5KM or the GoodLife FITNESS 10KM at the 2025 Emera Blue Nose Marathon. Whether you're a beginner or looking to get back into running, this program provides all the tools, guidance, and support you need to succeed—no prior running experience required!

As a member of Team Myles, you'll receive:
  • Expert coaching and training from our volunteer Team Myles coaches.
  • A three-month GoodLife Fitness membership to help you cross-train.
  • An Aerobics First running package, including:
    • 20% off apparel/accessories
    • 25% off one pair of shoes
    • A free footwear fitting

  • Two exclusive Team Myles t-shirts to wear with pride.
  • A comprehensive physiotherapy assessment from Lifemark.
  • A complimentary individual nutritional assessment with a registered dietitian.

Training Details:

Training begins on Saturday, March 1, 2025, with two weekly sessions:
  • Saturdays @ 9:00AM, Point Pleasant Park, Halifax
  • Tuesdays @ 6.00PM, Citadel Hill, Halifax
