To book a place on this workshop please fully complete all of the form. These workshops are for members of Swim England Clubs in the South West Region aged 16 years and above.

There is a fee of £10 to attend these workshops, this needs to be paid via the payment page which will appear when you submit your booking.

Any bookings without payment will be removed from the system.

No cancellations or amendments will be accepted less than 14 days before the course date.

Once your place has been confirmed, a month before the course start you will receive full details from Swim England South West Region and the course tutor Joy Retter.
